Creative Arts Circle

This Month's Theme: A Symbol of Wellbeing
The theme for our second gathering is "a symbol of wellbeing." Through art making and expression, we will explore what contributes to your physical, emotional, social and spiritual health, and how each of these aspects can be a source of strength as you deal with life’s challenges. Applying the symbol of a shield, or medicine wheel, or any other symbol that makes sense to you, this group is an opportunity to use your creativity to discover key components of your life that engender well being.
