On Saturday, September 10th, 32 members of Cycling Team Callanish rode the Whistler Gran Fondo as a fundraising event to benefit Callanish. Total funds raised was $147,000, including $45,000 matching funds from the estate of Katherine J. THANK YOU! Bowen Island Gives (BIG!)

In late June, Bowen Island Gives (BIG!) organized a hike up Mount Gardner and an after-party—to benefit Callanish in memory of Liz Evans. The event raised $5400, surpassing its original goal of $5000 with about 50 hikers and over 100 at the after-party. Thanks to everyone who participated. And thanks to all the fabulous volunteers at BIG! whose passion and effort made it possible. We are so grateful!
